One Pot Really Good Sausages
Purchase your favourite Mr Moo or Really Good Deli Sausages and prepare to enjoy a home cooked comfort food special!!
We suggest sausages like Cumberland, Lincolnshire, Australian Beef or Pork Sage & Onion but totally your choice
Serves (3-4) people
Other ingredients
Potato
Onions
Garlic cloves (2-3)
Carrots
Gravy Mix (easy way and see pack for details)

Beef Broth thicker gravy below
Liquid Beef Broth
Water
Olive oil
Fresh Thyme
2 teaspoons of dried Thyme
1 teaspoon of dried Oregano
Salt & Cracked Black Pepper
Defrost your sausages overnight but if no time, not a problem add frozen
Step by Step
Cut your vegetables to golf ball size, nothing to large
- Pre-heat your oven to 180C
- Use a oven safe dish or deep tray
- Add vegetables to a bowl and lightly toss in the olive oil
- Transfer vegetable to roasting pan (double layer)
- Arrange the sausages on the vegetables
- Mix the gravy mix with the beef broth per the instructions on the pack or see below for Beef Broth Gravy
- Place your Really Good or Mr Moo Sausages on top of the vegetables
- Add herbs and cracked pepper and salt to taste
- Pour the liquid on top of the vegetable
Beef Broth Thicker Recipe
30g melted unsalted butter
2 ½ tablespoons (all purpose) flour
2 cups of beef stock (500ml)
Whisk the above items and pour on sausages/vegetables
Add Fresh Thyme
COOKING TIME (40-45 minutes)
Bake for 25 minutes and turn sausages
Return to oven and bake for a further 20-25minutes until sausages are browned
