Our Falafel Mince comes in a 1 kg frozen pack, perfect for creating delicious falafel dishes. Simply cook from frozen or thawed using pan-frying, baking, air-frying, or deep-frying methods for a crispy, golden finish. Ideal for wraps, salads, or as a protein-packed topping.
From Frozen:

Pan-Fry: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook mince for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown and crispy.

Bake (Oven): Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Spread mince on a baking tray and bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.

Air-Fry: Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F). Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Deep-Fry: Heat oil to 175°C (350°F). Fry for 3–5 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Thawed:
